You don’t like the product you just received? If you are not happy with your item, you are allowed to request for a return. To request your return, make sure you have an order number and simply contact us at shop@techxido.com or call +959977999777. Please read our terms and conditions below for more information on returns and refunds.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note the return arrangement is at your cost.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same “new” condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt and 14-days return valid card or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Missing/Incorrect Item or Transport Damage
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have a choice of full refund, store credit for purchasing different item(s) at the same price, product repair or replacement, which we will process once we have received the products back from you.

 Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as thermal paste, beauty, liquid-based products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards/vouchers and refurbished items.

 Refunds

Please note that it is our right to deduct restocking fee from your refund, if product has been found any reduction in the value of the products. For instance, tear or lost packaging of a product and used software from the product.

 We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 - 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shop@techxido.com or call +959977999777.

 သင်၏ပြန်အမ်းငွေကို ကျွန်ုပ်တို့လက်ခံရရှိပြီး စစ်ဆေးပြီးသည်နှင့် တပြိုင်နက် သင့်ထံအကြောင်းကြားမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ပြန်အမ်းငွေရ/မရ ကို အတည်ပြု၍အသိပေးပါမည်။အတည်ပြုပြီးပါက၊ ၃ရက် ကနေ ၁၀ရက် ရုံးဖွင့်ရက်အတွင်း သင့်အား ငွေပြန်အမ်းပါမည်။ သင့်ဘဏ် သို့မဟုတ် ခရက်ဒစ်ကုမ္ပဏီအတွက် ပြန်အမ်းငွေသည် အချိန်အနည်းငယ်ကြာနိုင်ကြောင်း ကျေးဇူးပြု၍ သတိထားပေးပါ။ ဤအချိန်ထက် ကျော်လွန်သွားပါက ကျေးဇူးပြု၍ shop@techxido.com သို့ဆက်သွယ်ပါ သို့မဟုတ် +959977999777 သို့ခေါ်ဆိုပါ။
